5 lb beef brisket
2 to 3 tsp garlic salt
2 to 3 tsp celery salt
2 to 3 tsp onion salt
Worcestershire Sauce
BBQ Sauce:
1 medium bottle of ketchup
3 T brown sugar
3 T vinegar
2 T hot sauce
1 T Liquid Smoke

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the salt together to make a rub for the brisket. Rub all over the brisket.
Lay brisket on heavy duty foil. Sprinkle Worcestershire Sauce and Liquid Smoke over meat. Wrap tightly. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 275° for at least 8 hours. Mix BBQ Sauce and peel back foil and add to brisket.
