6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
½ cup bread crumbs
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
2 T chopped fresh parsley
½ tsp garlic salt
¼ tsp pepper
¼ cup Italian lo-cal dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the bread crumbs, cheese, parsley and spices in a shallow bowl. Pour dressing in another shallow bowl. Dip the chicken pieces in the dressing and then roll in the bread crumb mixture. Place chicken in a 9 x 13 baking dish coated with Pam. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until tender. 197 calories per serving.
