Thinly sliced beef (or I have used left over steak or tri-tip)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 jar mushrooms
½ cup white wine
1 cup water
3 tsp. margarine
2 T sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Flour the beef and brown well on both sides in margarine. Remove pan from the stove and mix in the soup. Add water, wine, mushrooms, salt, pepper and paprika and mix together. Simmer 1 to 1 ½ hour. Blend in sour cream just before serving.
