1 (20oz) can Dole Pineapple
2 large cloves garlic pressed
4 Boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 tsp thyme - crushed
2 tsp vegetable oil
1 Tbs cornstarch
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup Dijon mustard

Directions:
Directions:
1.Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
2. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Rub chicken with garlic and thyme. Brown in hot oil.
3. Combine 2 Tablespoons of the reserved pineapple juice with cornstarch. Set aside.
4. Combine honey, mustard and remaining pineapple juice. Spoon sauce over chicken.
5. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
6. Stir cornstarch mixture into pan juices. Add pineapple and stir until thickened.
