2 Cups Sugar
2/3 cup Corn Syrup or Molasses
2 tsp Cream of Tartar
2/3 Cup Boiling Water
2 T. Vinegar
2 T. Butter
2 tsp Vanilla

Add Butter and Vanilla Last

2 Cups Popped Popcorn

Cook all to a "Crack" Stage.

Pour over popcorn and mix well, (make sure your hand have butter on them) COOL to handling - form balls. Wrap in plastic wrap.
