1 8oz. box of cream cheese
1 small onion
5 strips of bacon cooked and crumbled.
3 T. butter
3 T. bacon grease
2 T. butter
1 t. Garlic salt
1 lg. box frozen chopped spinach, squeezed

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet, melt butter and bacon drippings. Add onion, Saute'until onion are transparent. Add spinach and bacon, with 3 T. water. Add Cubed Cream Cheese. You may need to add a little milk to thin out. Add garlic salt and pepper. Heat until all cheese is melted.
