2 1/2 cups unsifted flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cream of tartar
1 cup oleo softened
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 egg
9 ounces mincemeat
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375, combine flour, soda, cream of tartar. Beat oleo and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, mix well. Stir in mincemeat and vanilla. Add flour mix. Roll into 1/4" balls. Bake 10-12 minutes.
