1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches, drain some of the juice, but not all
1 tsp. cinnamon (if desired)
4 or 5 slices white bread (whatever fits in baking dish)
3/4 cup sugar
2 Tbs. flour
1 egg, beaten
1 stick margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Pour peaches into 8x8 baking dish. Sprinkle cinnamon on top of peaches (if desired). Cut crust from bread and cut each slice into 5 strips. Place strips over peaches. Mix sugar, flour, egg and margarine. Blend well and pour over bread strips. Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.
