3 lbs shortribs
1 onion
1/4 c vinegar
2 T white sugar
1/3 c water
3 T worcestershire sauce
1 t mustard
1 c ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Cut shortribs into two bone pieces if desired. Brown in pan with oil. Place browned pieces in pan. Slice onions in rounds and brown till tender and place on top of shortribs. Whisk vinegar, sugar, water, worcestershire, mustard and ketchup together and pour onto ribs. Cover with foil and place in 275 oven for 3 hours or longer until ribs are tender.
