3-4 lbs. roast or ribs
8 oz. can tomato sauce
2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup catsup
2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 medium onion, sliced
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. garlic
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
sing large Dutch oven, brown meat and season with salt and pepper. Add sliced onion, garlic, water and tomato sauce. Cover and bake at 325 for 1 1/2 hours. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Cover and continue baking about 2 hours or until meat is tender. Total cooking time: 3 1/2 hours. Can also be prepared in crock pot.
