4 sml. Chicken Breast Halves 4 slices Swiss Cheese
1/4 tsp. Salt 1 1/4 C. Thousand Island dressing
1/8 tsp. Pepper 1 T. Fresh Parsley, chopped
1 16 oz can Sauerkraut,
well drained

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Place chicken, skin side up, (I use skinned) in a greased 9"x 13" baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Arrange sauerkraut over chicken and top with Swiss cheese. Pour dressing evenly over cheese. Cover dish with Reynolds wrap, bake for 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is very tender. Remove foil, place under broiler to brown cheese, if necessary. Sprinkle with parsley.
