CAKE:
2 C. Flour 1/2 C. Nuts
2 C. Sugar 2 tsp. Soda
2 Eggs 1 tsp. Vanilla
1 20 oz. can Pineapple
(crushed)

FROSTING:
8 oz Cream Cheese 1/2 C. Nuts for top
1 stick Butter (Pecans or English Walnuts)
1 tsp. Vanilla 1 1/3 C. Powdered Sugar

Hand mix. Bake in 350º oven, about 40 minutes. Top with frosting.
