3 cups sugar
3/4 cup white syrup
3/4 cup water
3 egg whites
Pecans halves

Directions:
Directions:
Boil sugar, syrup and water until a firm ball is formed. Pour over beaten egg whites and beat until it retains its shape (a LONG time). Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper and top with a pecan half.
