1 unbaked pastry pie shell
2 lbs. 10oz chicken breasts (3 breasts per pie)
1 1/2 c diced celery
1 1/4 c real mayonnaise
1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 T fresh lemon juice
4 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3-4 oz crumbled potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and cut-up chicken breasts in bite size pieces. Save stock to make gravy to serve over pie if you choose.
Blend celery, mayonnaise, Tabasco, Worcestershire sauces and lemon juice together. Put into unbaked pie shell.
Top: 4 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3-4 oz crumbled potato chips

Bake 275º approximately 1 hr.
