2 c chopped cooked corned beef
2 c chopped cooked beets
4 c chopped cooked potato
1 large onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp Worcestershire
sauce
Light cream
1/4 c bacon or pork drippings

Directions:
Directions:
Combine beef with beets, potatoes, onion, seasonings, and enough cream to bind mixture. Heat drippings in large skillet. Spoon meat mixture into skillet and spread evenly in pan. Cook over low heat, without stirring, until the bottom is well crusted. Fold as for omelet.
