Caramel Sauce:
Eggs Mixture:
3/4 cup butter
4 eggs
1/4 cup + 2 tsp dark Karo Syrup
2 1/2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 Tbs vanilla

1/2 tsp salt


1 loaf French bread



Topping:

3 Tbs. sugar

1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook butter, syrup and brown sugar for 5 minutes, until thickened to a caramel sauce. Pour into the bottom of lightly greased 9" X 13" pan. Slice bread into 1 1/2" thick slices and place on top of caramel.
Beat together eggs, milk, salt and vanilla. Pour over bread. Refrigerate overnight. Before baking, mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over bread. Melt 1/4 cup butter and drizzle on top. Bake uncovered 45 - 50 minutes at 350ºF
