Ingredients:
1 zucchini
1 yellow squash
1 sweet onion
Mushrooms, about 6
Salt and Pepper
Butter
Minced Garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Tear off four pieces of foil, about 10 x 12", Slice veggies and pile in center of each foil piece. Add a pat of butter, about 1 T., some garlic, salt and pepper. Place on grill about 15 minutes. To serve, just peel foil back to form a bowl. You will have delicious sauteed veggies in a garlic butter sauce. Don't cook too long or they will be mushy. You can add other veggies such as broccoli, red, yellow or green pepper chopped in small pieces, cauliflower. We have also had these camping, cooked in a fire.
