½ clove of garlic minced
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
¼ tsp ground thyme and sage
1/8 tsp of ground bay leaf or one bay leaf
1 pinch of allspice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix up seasonings and rub on the pork on all sides. Place in a zip lock bag and marinate in the fridge for 24 hours. Turn 3 to 4 times while marinating. This means just mush the pork around the bag a few times while marinating. Barbecue pork for 15 - 30 minutes, until all sides are browned. The pork temperature should reach 160º inside. Don't overcook
