3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 T. vinegar
2 c. cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Mix well all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add remaining wet ingredients all at once and beat with an electric mixer until well blended. Do not over beat. Grease and flour a 13" x 9" baking pan. Pour all of cake batter in and tap on counter top to remove air bubbles. Insert in preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes. Cool well before serving. Frost with your favorite icing recipe.
