4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. margarine
1 c. water
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
2 eggs, beaten

ICING:
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. margarine
1 box powdered sugar, sifted
1 tsp. vanilla
Pecans
Flaked coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cocoa, margarine and water; bring to boil. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into greased and floured 11x16" pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

ICING:
Combine cocoa, milk and margarine; bring to boil. Stir in sugar and vanilla. Spread on cake. Sprinkle with pecans and coconut, if desired.
