4 ripe bananas
8 wooden skewers
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/3 cup butter
chopped nuts or coconut
or cake decoration sprinkles.

Directions:
Peel bananas and cut in half crosswise. Insert a wooden skewer into each half. Wrap each in aluminum foil and freeze until firm. Melt chocolate chips and butter over hot water, stirring to blend. Remove bananas from freezer. Dip into melted chocolate mixture. Roll in chopped nuts, coconut or cake decorations. Wrap each in foil and freeze until ready to serve. Serve frozen or let stand at room temperature for a few minutes.
