5 - 7 lb pork butt or picnic roast
2 onions, sliced
1/4 c water
1 bottle BBQ sauce (sweet not recommended)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Trim Fat from roast (this can be done after cooking)
2. Put roast in crock pot with onions and water. Cook on low for 8 hours.
3. Drain fat. Shred pork on cutting board with forks and return to crock pot.
4. Add bottle of BBQ sauce. Cook on low for 2 more hours.

Serve on buns with favortie toppings - Texas Pete, cole slaw
