2 cans diced water chestnuts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Mash potato chips and line bottom of 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Mix remaining ingredients and stir thoroughly. Spoon mixture onto the potato chips. Place thinner layer of mashed chips on top. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.

This is a great way to use up the last little bit of potato chips that seem to sit forever in the bag which no one will eat and no one dares throw away. So make use of them in a delicious dinner.
