1 unbaked 9-inch deep-dish pie shell
3 eggs
1 1/2 c.sugar
5 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. corn meal
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, beat eggs. Add sugar and mix well. Add milk, corn meal, vinegar and vanilla. Stir until well blended. Mix in melted butter last and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375º for about 30 minutes until browned, then lower temperature to 350º and bake until filling is firm, about 15 minutes more.
