Directions:
Place beef brisket in a roaster and cover with water. Add all ingredients and stir around in the water. Bake in covered roaster for 4-6 hours at 325º. Drain liquid after removing brisket from the oven. Place brisket in baking dish. I use a pyrex baking dish. Cover tightly with foil and place in refrigerator overnight. After brisket has been refrigerated overnight slice it. When ready to use cover with your favorite barbecue sauce (I use Cookies original) cover with foil and heat in the oven at 325º for 40-45 minutes. Remove foil for about the last 10 minutes. I use for barbecue sandwiches. Serve with your favorite buns.
