2 lbs hamburger
1 cup dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp dried onions
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
2 eggs
1 tbsp dried parsley
1 16oz jar grape or apple jelly
1 16oz bottle catsup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the hamb, bread crumbs, dried onions, salt, seasoning, eggs, and parsley into balls 1 1/2 inch, and brown on all sides in a skillet. Drain off the fat, remove the meatballs and transfer to a crock pot. In a bowl, mix the jelly and the catsup and pour over the meatballs. Turn the crockpot to low and cook overnight, or approx 6 hours.
