2 1/2 C flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 C unsalted butter (room temperature)
1 C sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Sprinkles (variety)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375ºF. In a medium bowl, whisk the flour,
baking powder, and salt. In a large bowl, beat the butter and
sugar at medium speed for two minutes or until fluffy. Beat in
the eggs, then vanilla extract. Gradually add the flour mixture
and beat just until combined. Using a heaping tablespoon for
each cookie, roll dough into balls. Put the sprinkles in a bowl
and roll the top half of each ball in them. Place balls on
ungreased baking sheets about 3" apart. If the dough is too
sticky, chill for 5 minutes. Bake for 8 minutes or just until
golden but still soft. Remove from the oven and cool 5
minutes, then transfer to wire racks to finish cooling.
