3-5 pounds beef short ribs
Sauce:
1 medium onion chopped
1 can tomatoe soup, undiluted
1 1/2 C catsup
1/4 C vinegar
1/4 C Worchestershire sauce
2 Tblsp steak sauce
2 Tblsp brown sugar
2 Tblsp vegetable oil
4 cloves garlic, mashed and chopped
2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp cloves

Directions:
Brown ribs on all sides in large dutch over, or any skillet that has a tight fitting lid. After browning, cover with lid and simmer 30-45 minutes. Drain off fat. While ribs are cooking make the sauce.
In medium sauce pan, add all the other ingredients, stir and simmer 10 minutes.
Drain fat off of ribs, replace into large pan. Pour sauce over ribs, cover pan and place in 300 degree oven for 3 hours, or until fork tender. Baste every 30 minutes while baking.
