1 stk Butter
2½ c flour, all purpose
1½ tbs baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tbs sugar
1½ c shredded cheddar cheese
5 bacon slices, cooked, crumbled
1-1½ c buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425º
2. Place butter in cast iron skillet and place in oven to melt
3. Mix dry ingredients together, add cheese and bacon crumbles
4. Mix buttermilk slowly to form a slightly sticky dough
5. Remove cast iron skillet from oven and place dough in skillet
6. Flatten dough in skillet and cut into squares
7. Bake @ 425º x 20-25 minutes, remove from skillet after removing from oven
