3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
3 T. olive oil
1 T. butter
1/2 c. Progresso Garlic Herb Bread Crumbs
1/2 c. Grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breast halves (or thighs) (4)


Directions:

Heat oven to 475º
1. In shallow microwave safe bowl, combine 3 garlic cloves, 1/2 tsp seasoned salt, 3 T oil or butter. Microwave until butter is melted: stir to mix.
2. In another shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs and grated cheese; mix well. Coat chicken breasts halves with garlic/butter mixture; coat with crumb mixture. Place in ungreased 15 x 10 x 1 baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is for-tender and juices run clear.
