Directions:
COMBINE EGGS, RICOTTA, COTTAGE CHEESE, MOZZARELLA AND PARMESAN CHEESE IN A BOWL AND SET ASIDE. SPREAD 1/4 C. SPAGHETTI SAUCE IN BOTTOM OF A 9X13 BAKING DISH. PREPARE PASTA ACCORDING TO PACKAGE DIRECTIONS THEN USE A PASTRY OR PLASTIC ZIP TOP BAG WITH A CORNER CUT OUT TO PIPE CHEESE MIXTURE INTO EACH TUBE AND FILL COMPLETELY. ARRANGE SHELLS IN DISH AND DO NOT OVER LAP, USE AN ADDITIONAL PAN IF NEEDED. POUR REMAINING SAUCE OVER THE SHELLS AND ADD CHEESE ON TOP. BAKE AT 350 FOR 30 MINUTES.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I FILL THE SHELLS BEFORE COOKING THEM AND IT MAKES THINGS A LOT EASIER, THE COOKING TIME IS INCREASED TO 50 MINUTES AND I COVER IT WITH TIN FOIL. REMOVE THE TIN FOIL AND COOK FOR AN ADDITIONAL 10 MINUTES AND ADD MORE CHEESE IF DESIRED.
