1 ⅓ cup warm water
2 ¼ tsp. yeast
1 tablespoon sugar

2 tablespoons oil (Used to grease bowl)
1 tsp. salt
3 cups flour
1 tsp. garlic powder

Garlic spread:
½ cup softened butter
1 tablespoon Garlic

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl add:
warm water
yeast
sugar

Whisk well let sit 5 minutes.

Add remaining ingredients.
Use mixer on medium speed or knead by hand.

Grease bowl, and cover and let sit for 1 hour. *(If you want slider buns skip to that area from this point.)

Roll dough out into large rectangle.
Spread garlic butter
Add:
Favorite grated cheese, Parmesan cheese.
Cut into strips as big as you want.

Roll up, place onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush with the garlic butter

Bake at 400º for 16 minutes.

*IF YOU WANT TO MAKE SLIDER BUNS:
Divide into 12 for slider buns. Roll into bun shapes, put on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Cover and rest till oven is preheated.

Brush with butter or egg wash.

Bake at 400º for 10 minutes (ovens can vary in baking times.)

Brush with butter, and cut.
