6-13 small cucumbers
1 heavy tsp commercial pickling spices
6-8 garlic cloves
4-6 chili peppers (optional)
3-4 oz white vinegar
salt to water ratio: 1 tsp per cup

Directions:
Directions:
Take a clean jar (quart or gallon).
Wash 6-13 small cucumbers (depending on size of jar)
1 Heavy Teaspoon of commercial pickling spices into the jar.
Add 6-8 garlic cloves (unpeeled which you have sliced in a few places without cutting all the way through)
Pack cucumbers into jar whole
If you like put in a bit of fresh dill weed
If you like perked up flavor add 4-6 dried chili peppers
Add 3-4 oz of white vinegar
Fill measuring cup with water hot enough to dissolve the salt and stir until thoroughly dissolved. Pour the water into the jar cupful by cupful until the jar is full.
Cover and leave on the counter for two days.
They are now ready to eat!
Keep Refrigerated, good for months!
