Dough
350 grams Water (lukewarm)
110 grams Sourdough Starter (active and bubbly)
500 grams Bread Flour
10 grams Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water, sourdough starter, flour, and salt until dough forms.
Knead the dough until smooth and elastic, about 5-7 minutes. (cover dough with tea towel)
Let the dough ferment at room temperature for 4-6 hours or until doubled in size.

Preheat oven 475º Cut the dough into two balls, (you can freeze the second dough ball if you don't need two) shape the dough into a large pizza.

Add toppings and Bake 12-15 minutes until crust is golden.

For crispier crust, pre-bake the dough for 5 minutes before adding toppings.
