1 cup cornmeal
1 cup flour
⅓ cup sugar
2 ½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
1 cup buttermilk
⅓ cup oil
1 egg, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 400º
Stir dry ingredients together.
Mix oil, buttermilk, and egg.
Mix wet and dry ingredients together.
Pour into greased 9" pan.
Bake 25 minutes.
