3 Pkg. yeast - ¼ oz. each (6 ¾ tsp)
2 c. warm water
1 c. sugar
½ butter melted
1 ½ tsp. salt
2 eggs beaten
7 ¾ to 8¼ c. bread flour (if I don't have bread flour I use regular flour, it works out great)

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in the 2 cups warm water, add the sugar, butter, salt and eggs and 4 cups flour. I put all these ingredients in my Bosch mixer.
Beat until smooth. Add remaining flour to form a soft dough. Knead in mixer for 6 minutes.
Place into a greased bowl, grease top. Cover and let rise until doubled in size, about 45 minutes.
Punch the dough down. Put on a floured surface ( I use oil on my surface so I don't have to add more flour) divide into thirds. Shape portions into a loaf. Place into three greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pans. Cover and let rise until doubled.
Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes
