3-Eggs
1-Cup vegetable oil
2-Cups of sugar
3-Tsp Vanilla
3-Cups of flour
1-Tsp Baking Soda
1-TSp salt
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
3-Tsp Cinnamon
2-Cups grated Zucchini
1-Cup chopped nuts (optional)


Directions:
Directions:
Mix the eggs, oil, sugar, vanilla together in a large bowl

Add flour, and all remaining ingredients to bowl, mix well
Pour into greased loaf pans
Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees



Makes 2 full loaves or 5 mini loaves.
