When Ethan was first diagnosed with Celiac, we scrambled to find GF recipes that he’d like. We were quite surprised to find this tasty gluten-free French toast recipe (though we added a few changes) that not only Ethan liked but that we all liked. So when we’re making French toast for everybody at the house, this is our recipe and it’s important to us because it’s one of the first GF recipes that everybody liked which made Ethan happy that he could help make it and share it with us all.
