3 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
2 ½ cups croutons
1 ½ lbs. ham, chopped, or cooked ground sausage
6 eggs, well beaten
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 lbs. shredded hash browns
2 ¼ cups milk
¾ tsp. mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Place croutons in the bottom of a greased 9 × 13 pan. Next add meat and 1 ½ cups cheddar cheese. Mix eggs, milk, and mustard and pour over layers. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Thaw hash browns in the refrigerator also. Mix mushroom soup and ½ cup milk, pour over chilled layers. Spread hash browns on top, then remaining 1 ½ cups cheese. Bake 1 ½ hours in a 325° oven. Let set 10 minutes before serving.
