4 c flour
2 T baking powder
1 t salt
1 c shortening or butter
1 ¾ c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together. Add shortening or butter and mix until crumbly. Add milk and stir until a ball forms. Roll out onto a floured surface and cut into biscuits.

To Freeze:
Place biscuits on a cookie sheet and freeze for 1–2 hours. Then remove and place into a freezer bag.

To Bake:
Take out the desired number of biscuits, place on baking sheet, and let thaw for 30 minutes. Bake at 450° for 8–12 minutes.
