¼ stick butter
1 small onion (chopped)
½ cup sour cream
1 cup milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 bag shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups rotisserie chicken
1 bag frozen Pillsbury buttermilk biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion in butter on medium heat (do not let brown) 2-3 minutes.
In a 9 x 13 pan, add butter and onion, sour cream, milk, soup and stir to combine. Will look like a thick gravy.

Sprinkle cheese over top until covered.

Place in preheated oven 350º for 15-20 minutes, until cheese is melted and mixture is bubbling.

Remove from oven.

Place frozen biscuits on top of mixture until mixture is covered.

Place remaining cheese on top of biscuits

Place back in the oven 40-45 minutes until center of biscuits are done.
