Head of broccoli, stalks peeled and chopped
2 lb round steak
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp soy sauce
1tsp cornstarch
1 tbsp veg oil
1/4 tsp white pepper if you hav
2 garlic cloves peeled and chopped
Ginger root graded

Sauce
1/4 c oyster sauce
1/4 cup water or broth, hot
1 tbsp cornstarch

Directions:
Prep beef, thinly slice beef add to a bowl. Add salt, sugar, soy sauce, 1 tsp corn starch, veg oil, white pepper, mix well, cover and put in fridge for at 30 minutes or overnight. Chop broccoli, peel stocks and cup, chop cook in boiling water and drain. Prepare the sauce mixture add the oyster sauce and corn starch to hot water/stick mix well till corn starch dissolves, set aside
Heat skillet add oil add garlic and ginger cook till lightly browned add beef and stir fry until browned.
Stir sauce mixture into the beef, stir until sauce is thicken, add broccoli stir until well mixed, serve over rice
