5 lbs. ground beef
1 onion
1 green pepper
8 cloves garlic, peeled & chopped small
1, #10 can Pasta Sauce (I prefer Al Dente brand)
3 lbs. Ricotta cheese
1 lb. Lasagna noodles, uncooked
3 lbs. Mozzarella cheese
1, 4" deep steam pan

Directions:
Directions:
1. Spray one deep baking pan with cooking spray.
2. Dice the onion, green pepper, and garlic.
3. Cook the beef until no longer pink, drain well, then return the beef to the pot.
4. To the cooked ground beef, add the onion, pepper and garlic and cook until the onion is translucent and the pepper is soft.
5. Add the pasta sauce to the meat mixture.

TO LAYER:
1. Spread 2 cups of meat sauce on the bottom of the sprayed pan.
2. Add a layer of 8 noodles.
3. Top the noodles with all of the Ricotta cheese. (add 1/4 C. water to the Ricotta to loosen it and make it spreadable).
4. Add a layer of Meat sauce.
5. Add a layer of Mozzarella cheese.
6. Add another layer of noodles.
7. Add another layer of meat sauce.
8. Repeat noodles & meat sauce until the sauce is gone.
9. Top with a generous layer of Mozzerella Cheese.
10. Cover with parchment paper, and then foil over the parchment paper, tent the center.

BAKE:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. Bake 45 minutes.
3. Uncover and sprinkle any remaining Mozzarella cheese and bake 15 minutes. more or until the center reaches 165º.
4. Let sit for 15 minutes before cutting.
