1 20OZ bag shredded hash browns
12 large eggs
1/4 milk or cream
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
6 - 8 sausage patties (uncooked) cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1.Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
2. In a large bowl mix hash browns, cheese, seasoning, eggs, milk, sausage patties and onions.
2. Grease 12 cup muffin tins with cooking spray.
3. Divide mixture into the 12 muffin cups.
4. Cook for 40 minutes remove from oven then cool

1. Once these are cool wrap them in individual flip lock baggies
2. To reheat place in microwave on high
