1.5 cups WARM water
2.5 tea spoons of active yeast
1 tbs of sugar.

4 cups all purpose flour
I tbs salt


egg wash

Directions:

1.mix first four ingredients
- let rise for ten minutes you’ll notice it’s foamy.

2.- mix four cups all purpose flour with 1tbs salt then add the yeast mixture and kneed until you have a dough ball.- spray dough ball with oil. Let sit to rise for an hour

3.- punch the air out.

4.- cut ball into fourths then cut the fourths in half to make 8 dough balls

5.- poke a hole in each and swing around finger to make a hole. Put on parchment on a pan let rest to rise for a half hour.

6.- boil on one side for a minute and the other side 30 seconds

7.- do an egg wash on them and put your toppings on

8.- bake at 400 for 25 minutes
