½ lb sharp cheddar cheese

6 slices bacon, cooked

1 small onion

1 tsp dry mustard

1 tsp mayonnaise

¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce

15 (6-inch) all-purpose crepes (see note)

1 tbsp butter or margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Put cheese, bacon, and onion through food grinder (or finely chop).

Add mustard, mayonnaise, and Worcestershire sauce; mix until well blended.

Shape into 5 rolls about ½ inch thick.

Cut each roll into 3 pieces.

Place one piece across center of each crepe; roll up.

Brush with butter.

Broil 4 inches from heat in preheated broiler until hot and bubbly (about 3 minutes), turning occasionally.

Cut each crosswise into 4 pieces.

Serve warm with toothpicks if desired.
Makes about 15 rolls or 60 appetizers.

Variation: If grinder is unavailable, grate cheese and finely chop bacon and onion. Rolls may also be browned in butter or margarine in a skillet.
