1 c flour
2 T sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 pkg instant yeast
3/4 c hot water
1 egg
2 T olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425°

Combine dry ingredients in mixing bowl. Add wet ingredients and beat for 4 minutes with mixer. Cover and let rise for 15 minutes.

Add 1.5 - 2 c flour and knead - should be slightly sticky.

Shape into rolls, put on oiled pan and let rise 20 minutes or until doubled.

Bake 8-10 minutes.

Makes good cinnamon rolls. Brush with melted butter or garlic butter before baking.
