2 c flour
1/4 c sugar
4 tsp baking power
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 c cold butter
3/4 c white chocolate chunks
3/4 c sweetened dried cranberries (chopped)
1 egg
2/3 c milk
Milk for brushing tops
Granulated sugar for sprinkling on tops

Directions:

In large bowl, put flour, sugar, baking power, and salt. Add butter. Cut in until crumbly. Stir in chocolate and cranberries. Make a well in center. In small bowl, beat egg until frothy. Stir in milk. Pour into well. Stir with a fork to form soft dough. Turn out on lightly floured surface. Knead 6 to 8 times. Divide into two equal parts. Pat each into 6 inch circle. Cut each into 6 equal pie shaped pieces. Transfer to greased baking sheet. Brush tops with milk and sprinkle with a pinch of sugar. Bake at 425 ºF for 12 to 15 minutes, until risen and slightly browned. Serve hot or room temperature, with butter or jam, as desired.
