Ingredients:  
1-2 Slices of Sourdough bread
1-3 types of tomatoes (diced)
Basil to taste (chopped)
1-2 T Olive Oil
Hefty pinch of Salt
Clove of garlic (may also roast a whole head of garlic to easily spread over the bread)
Optional: Pinch of pepper, caramelized onion, brie cheese, drizzle balsamic vinegar on top before eating

Directions:

-In a bowl add the tomatoes, basil, olive oil, salt and pepper(if desired)
-Let that set so the salt has time to draw out the juices of the tomatoes
-Toast the bread (in a toaster of in a pan with a splash of oil)
-Cut the garlic clove in half and rub it all over 1 side of the toasted bread
-Spoon the contents in the bowl onto the bread. Leaving the juice behind.
Optional: Sprinkle the brie cheese on top and/or drizzle balsamic vinegar
