4 tablespoon shortening
4 pounds beef, cut in cubes
1 cup minced onions
1 teaspoon dry mustard
3 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoon salt
1/2 cup brown sugar
4 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
3 teaspoon cider vinegar
1 1/2 cup ketchup
4 cup water
3/4 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Melt shortening in pan. Brown meat on all sides; stir in onion.

Combine mustard, paprika, salt, and sugar. Combine Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, ketchup, and 3 cups of the water; add to mustard mixture.

Add combined ingredients to meat; blend, cover. Reduce heat. Cook 2 1/2 hours or until meat is very tender. Stir occasionally.

Blend flour with remaining one cup of water; add to meat mixture. Stir until thickened. Serve over cooked noodles.
